Andreas – The Mastermind
The owner of Boutique Hotel Aichinger **** and its restaurant "Das Bräu" in Nussdorf am Attersee (Upper Austria) is your host, maître, and sommelier. As someone who grew up in the hospitality world and is now a host in the Xth generation, Andreas has hospitality in his blood. With his calm and unobtrusive manner, he’s the perfect team leader who always keeps an overview. A true doer.
Susi – The Mood Maker
Look forward to being warmly welcomed and expertly cared for by Susi, our all-rounder. A lifelong friend of the Aichinger family, she has dedicated herself to the hospitality life, bringing vast experience in service, the kitchen, reception, and as a former innkeeper at Gasthaus Schönberger on the Attersee. Her refreshing personality and unmistakable laughter will surely put you in a good mood.
Felix – The Philosopher
Another member of the Aichinger team who has been enriching us for some time.
After completing tourism school in Bad Leonfelden and gaining experience in various seasonal roles, Felix now uses his knowledge and dedication to make your stay at KITSCH as welcoming and enjoyable as possible. With his dry wit and unique charm, he’s a personality you won’t forget.
Florian – The Kitchen Whiz
With 15 years of kitchen experience, Florian has done it all: from being a solo cook, working 10 winters at Arlberg, excelling in fine dining, and leading kitchens for five years, to becoming a private chef. Now, as our head chef, he brings his rich and varied experience to every dish served on KITSCH porcelain.
Florian is both leader and friend, motivating his kitchen team with respect, fairness, and a good dose of humor.
Sam – The Calm One
Sam also brings an impressive résumé, including experience in Michelin-starred kitchens.
We met at Arlberg, where she worked alongside Florian at the Schlegelkopf Restaurant and later as sous-chef at Hotel Arlberg. We are thrilled to have her as our kitchen’s First Lady here at KITSCH. Sam is the calm in the storm of the busy kitchen life – always cheerful and a true island of tranquility.
Luki – The Young Wild One
Luki has spent most of his working life with us.
Coming from a family hotel business, he gained knowledge at tourism school. After internships at Hotel Aichinger and Hangar7/Ikarus, graduating school, and spending two summers with us at the Attersee, he is now part of KITSCH. Mature beyond his years, eager to learn, and incredibly reliable, Luki is a rare talent among young chefs.
Bojan – The Joker
Without this man, there would be no pots to cook with, no plates to serve on, and your wine might end up in paper cups. Originally from Serbia, Bojan has done it all: coaching football in Dubai, installing solar panels in America, and now, lucky for us, he’s here to stay. Bojan keeps everything running smoothly – in the kitchen, at the sink, behind the bar, or even clearing snow. We’re lucky to have such a thoughtful team player with us.
